Care Connect is a family owned company based in Blundellsands.
Our aim is to provide a caring and secure service to help people to continue to live in their own homes and to maintain their independence, with carers drawn from our local community.
We understand that people looking for care at home for themselves or for a loved one have a very clear idea of what they need.
So we work with them to draw up an agreed care package to meet their specific requirements with as much choice and flexibility as possible. We recognise that help may be needed quickly in the first place and that over time the needs of a person may change.
In the delivery of the care we provide we value the extraordinary work of everyone in our team. All our carers must have a caring nature. After that, we train, monitor, supervise and support them in carrying out their work, which is often demanding but at the same time very rewarding. We always aim to ensure the same carers are provided on a regular basis. In this way we hope to foster a mutually beneficial relationship between the carer and the person cared for, built on trust and respect.
We are a major provider in our area, caring for people through our contract with Sefton Social Services as well as independent referrals.
We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which rates our overall service as “Good”.
We are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) which promotes and helps to provide high standards of care and provides representation with national and regional policy-makers and regulators.
